Shipping

We ship to the destinations made available at checkout. Available methods, shipping charges and delivery estimates are shown based on the customer’s destination.

Processing

Orders are normally prepared for fulfillment within 1–3 business days. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.

Delivery estimates

Delivery dates shown at checkout or in order communications are estimates and can be affected by carrier operations, customs, local holidays and other events outside our control.

Tracking

When tracking is available, it is sent using the contact information provided at checkout. Tracking scans can take time to appear after a shipment is created.

Address changes

Contact us as soon as possible if an address is incorrect. Once fulfillment has started, changes may no longer be possible.

International orders

Taxes, duties or import charges may apply depending on destination and checkout configuration. Where required, applicable charges or customer responsibilities are presented according to the destination market and local law.
