We want order issues to be handled clearly and fairly. Contact us through the Contact page before sending any item back; do not return a product to the address on the parcel unless we specifically instruct you to do so.

30-day return requests

Eligible unused items in their original condition and packaging may be requested for return within 30 days of delivery. For hygiene or safety reasons, opened or used items may be ineligible where permitted by law. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Damaged, incorrect or defective items

Contact us promptly after delivery with your order number and clear photos or video of the issue. After review, we will provide the appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable law.

Cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee cancellation after fulfillment has started.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the funds.

Return shipping

Return-shipping responsibility depends on the reason for return and applicable consumer law. We will provide the correct return instructions before you send an item.
